Any upfront payment that is made by the customer for a custom order, or customization of a product, is non-refundable, and binds the customer to fulfilling the rest of the payment(s) as mutually agreed upon, to the completion of the full price, and at the latest when the product is finalized and ready for shipment.

Keeping the flutes away from: direct sun, water, extreme temperatures (saunas, cold weather), packing it safely with bubble wrap during travel and refraining from dropping the instrument, ensures that you will have the instrument functioning at its highest quality for years to come.
