Refund policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING
Please note that we do not provide refunds for any ''Made to Order'' flutes due to the nature of custom creating the flute. All made to order flutes are final sale.
At the moment, it takes up to 15 business days to produce a ''made to order'' product plus shipping time to your location. Made to order customizations may not be changed after placing the order, so please carefully choose your customizations before placing the order. By placing an order from ''made to order'' listings, you are informing that you are willing to wait the time frame listed for your order to be fulfilled.
For all ''in stock'' items, you have 10 days from the date your item was delivered to request a refund or exchange. Please use the contact form or e-mail info@nyrahsoul.com to request. If requesting a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in the condition you received it, packaged with sufficient bubble wrap to withstand a drop of up to 2 meters, in a durable cardboard box and directed to our correct address. Once we receive the item, we will define whether it is eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you purchase an item the arrives with damages when delivered, please contact us at immediately and do not attempt to repair it yourself. in this situation, you MUST provide us with photos of the product, packaging and box it came in, to claim insurance funds from the shipping vendor. As we unfortunately do not have control over random custom inspections and the handling of shipping inspectors, claiming the insurance is important so we can provide with a solution for any damages from shipping carriers. We are not responsible for damages made by the shipping carriers and customs inspections but we will always do our best to support you in claiming damages and providing referrals for repair solutions.
For all items that are deemed eligible for return or exchange according to the policies stated on this page, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover all shipping costs associated with return or exchange through DHL Express shipping carrier.
It is the clients responsibility to take care of the products purchased from NyrahSoul.com to ensure long lasting quality and functionality. Keeping the flutes away from: direct sun, water, extreme temperatures (saunas, cold weather), packing it safely with bubble wrap during travel and refraining from dropping the instrument, ensures that you will have the instrument functioning at its highest quality for years to come. If you do not follow care instructions with your product, we are not responsible for providing repairs but would be happy to help with a recommendation of a repair shop.
All purchases of gift cards, services or sessions provided by nyrahsoul.com are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
