Global Shipping
All flutes are shipped worldwide. To estimate your shipping costs please add product to cart and proceed to payment - before processing payment, you will be able to see shipping options and rates.
''Made to Order'' Products
All ''Made to Order'' Products will typically ship from Brazil, as this is where our workshop is located. Please keep in mind that at the moment that the wait time for production of ''made to order'' products is up to 14 business days, plus shipping time that will be determined by the carrier you choose. Once your ''made to order'' product is ready to ship to your address, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
''In Stock'' Products
All ''In stock'' products will typically ship from the USA, as this is where our distribution and physical presence is. It takes between 2-5 business days for an ''in stock'' item to ship out to you. Once your oder is ready to ship, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

We use DHL Express for shipping.
Shipping Process & Customs
Please understand that we do not have total control over the delivery process, as we are dependent on the shipping carriers. We also do not have control over customs procedures. In the occasion that your customs office requires you to pay taxes on the product, it is your responsibility to fulfill the necessary taxes to receive your product. We will always do all we can to clearly document your order for custom procedures. But even so delivery times may change and experience delays due to carrier's processes.
